Biography

Andrew helps people and organisations out-think and out-perform their competitors. In his extensive career, Andrew has held prominent leadership positions, including Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for two international agencies: Wavemaker Scotland, where he was a member of the leadership team for the UK, and at MediaCom Ireland. Additionally, he was a member of the regional board for MediaCom UK (now EssenceMediacom).

His key client experience includes fundamental roles in winning and leading accounts for renowned companies such as Royal Bank of Scotland, Universal, Sky, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen Audi Group, Vice, and KLM Airlines.

Recently, as a fractional Chief Revenue Officer and facilitator, Andrew has collaborated with notable clients like Novartis and Scottish Enterprise, bringing his vast experience and strategic insight to drive success and growth.

Andrew has launched four companies, helped over 30 businesses evolve and grow, and has been directly responsible for generating over $250 million in new business revenue.
