Biography
Andy is an HR leader/fractional HR Consultant with over 25 years of experience of building teams and leading HR activities in big pharma and mid-size, small and start-up biotechs offering both strategic and operational contributions to the business in times of significant ambiguity and change, including integration, acquisition and the COVID-19 pandemic. This has included US/UK experience supporting US based employees directly.
Andy has had specific responsibility for, and been involved in, multiple areas of HR including:
• Culture identity and development (including Employee Value Proposition [EVP] projects)
• Organisational Design (OD)
• Supporting businesses with evolving future-proofed recruitment models,
• Development of effective Onboarding programmes and processes,
• Learning and Development [L&D] design, provision and facilitation,
• Coaching and mentoring of employees at all levels up to C Suite,
• Development of Compensation programmes,
• Talent Management,
• Employee Well-Being,
• Sourcing and implementing of HR and Recruitment systems and;
• Company Benefits Provision.
