Biography
With 15+ years of experience as an operational strategy consultant, Paul Ioannou designs organisations, departments and services.
He has helped many high-profile organisations translate policy and ambition into practical strategies, and then designed the transformation programmes to deliver them. He works across industries with board-level stakeholders in companies from start-ups to multinationals. He is highly collaborative and innovative and loves bringing people together to lead rapid and sustainable change.
As a fractional Social Impact Director, Paul enables organisations to take a strategic approach to harness their skills, time, money and networks to positively impact their communities and the planet, in addition to creating financial value.
