Biography
As a Fractional CGO with his own marketing and sales agency, Sean and his team help companies master early to mid stage growth by designing and implementing modern, bespoke and holistic growth strategies.
Whether operating as a fully outsourced marketing and sales department, or augmenting an in-house team, the goal is to ensure that high standards of capability across data collection and insight generation, automation, lead generation, lead nurture, sales conversion, thought leadership, brand awareness, and content marketing presents brands authentically and credibly as who they aspire to be, not just who they are today.
Having designed and coded his first website at 13, Sean, who’s completely self-taught, has spent a lifetime perfecting his expertise around a wide array of disciplines. Few can effectively and passionately craft brands, build websites, plan and design web and mobile applications, run sales calls and presentations on their own and organise effective, multi-channel marketing/sales campaigns. Sean is one of them.
He’s a strong advocate for continuous personal and professional development, leading by example, and finding ways to have a laugh whilst delivering results. Over the past 15 years, he single handedly built a 6 figure agency from scratch, as well as an accelerator programme in conjunction with the UK government. All in all, he's worked with, coached and mentored hundreds of business leaders across the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
