Biography

As a Fractional CMO, Toni wants to change the statistics and help companies use marketing as a strategy for growth, not just as a communication tool. Leveraging proven methodologies and data-driven approaches, she is passionate about ensuring marketing is strategically helping organisations build their businesses, stand out in saturated markets and create connections with their customers, partners and suppliers, believing those who prioritise strategic marketing are the ones who conquer challenges, seize market share, and achieve sustainable growth.

After senior roles at Apple and Microsoft, Toni moved to the fast-paced, challenging world of startups and scaleups. She's been the first marketing hire in many organisations across B2B, B2C and B2B2C/B sectors, able to get to the heart of the issue and generate impact right away, even across complex matrix organisations or technology. From powerful value propositions to addressable market segmentation and targeting to building brands and GTMs that deliver on objectives, she focuses on delivering on time and budget.

Constantly focused on upskilling herself to keep abreast of the latest evolutions in marketing, combined with a Marketing and Brand MBA, 20 years of experience, and a BA in Journalism, Toni knows her stuff. And for a bonus, she's great fun to work with! She can lead the marketing function or help bolster an existing team looking for a bit more strategy to enable them to thrive.
